Returns, Exchanges & Faulty Items

If you have changed your mind about an item please return it to us within 7 days of purchase for a refund or exchange. The items must be returned in original condition and we ask that all packaging and tags be attached. Please also note that the customer will absorb all additional postage costs. Please contact us via email at hello@wheresmymilk.com.au and we can assist you further.

If you have received an item that is faulty please contact us immediately at hello@wheresmymilk.com.au  if we find the item to be faulty, all postage costs associated with a faulty item will be absorbed by Where’s My Milk?

Stock Levels

We are constantly updating our stock levels, however some stock is very limited as we receive small runs for particular items. From time to time there may be some products that are marked 'in-stock' however may sell out before we have a chance to update the web site.

We will contact you as soon as possible if a product has sold out, we apologise for any disappointment this may cause.
