Delivery All of our parcels are sent via Australia Post using Express Post Satchels charged at $7.95 flat rate within Australia. We also offer a free postage service for all orders over $150 and these are also sent via Express Post within Australia. There are times where some parcels are heavier or require larger packaging, in this situation additional postage charges may be payable and we will contact the customer if this does occur. In unusual and very rare circumstances, parcels may go missing and not arrive to there intended location. As this is an Australia Post fault Where’s My Milk? cannot be held responsible however we will do everything we can to assist you in locating it. This is another reason why we choose to use Express Post services as a tracking number is provided with all parcels and therefore can be tracked in any unfortunate event. Orders are processed and packed within 24 hours, we always aim for next day delivery. In order to receive your parcel within 24 – 48 hours of ordering we ask that you place your order before midday and it will be sent on the same day* * Business days only – orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or Public Holidays will be sent on the next business day.
